By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

I have the right to decline a request/commission.

All prices are in USD (update if needed).

If you need art by a specific date, tell me beforehand.

Rush orders may require an additional fee.

you can use the art, you request/commission anyway you want after it is done.

You may not use my artwork for reselling.

Do not remove my watermark.

Credit is required when posting. (ask before posting on your own accounts unless it's an archive. - (like toyhouse or Discord server)

Be respectful and clear with communication.

Harassment, rudeness, or spam will result in cancellation with no refund.

Payment must be sent upfront (or 50% upfront, 50% after sketch — choose your method).

No refunds once work has started.

Chargebacks after art is done will result in a permanent blacklist. (and callout for other artist to watch out)

I will ask first before posting commissioned artwork on my social medias. same goes for my portfolio.

You cannot claim my artwork as your own.

Edits to my art must be approved by me first.

Free adopts can not be resold unless you got art or more stuff of the character. This would fall under reselling my art.

Patreon members who purchase adopts may resell them. Resale price cannot exceed $20 USD.

You must credit/tag me when reselling, So I can repost it so it can get more eyes on it.

If an adopt is purchased for a higher amount publicly. you can resell it for more but as long as the price does not go over the price you purchased it. if you do not do anything else with or for the character. This would fall under reselling my art.
